1. What do I receive when I order a Shift Pattern?
Once payment is complete via our secure form you will receive a confirmation email with link(s) to download .zip(s). The .zip file(s) contain the following: XLS file(s), HTML file(s), and quick start guide.
You will need unzipping software to open the .zip archive and Microsoft® Excel 97 or later to edit and customize the .xls file.

2. In what formats are your shift patterns available?
Shift patterns are available in Microsoft Excel and HTML formats.

3. Is there any return policy?
Since Shift Pattern Central is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped. We only an make exception to this rule if the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement with the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is 7 days after the delivery date. For more information please read our refund policy.

4. Will Shift Pattern Central help me to customize my shift pattern?
Customization services are not included in the package price. However ShiftPatternCentral does offer a shift pattern customization service to help you with designing and creating custom shift patterns. See our services page for more detail.

7. How do I download and open my shift pattern?
Firstly, you will need to download the file to your computer, then unzip the folder to extract the shift pattern(s).
Downloading instructions:
1. Locate the download link in your email from shiftpatterncentral.com, click Download.
2. In the File Download window, select the Save option.
Note: Do not select the 'Open' option.
3. Save the file to the desired location on your computer.
4. When the download is complete navigate to where you saved the downloaded file.
5. Right-click on the downloaded file and select Extract All...
Note: If you do not see this option, you will need to download a decompression utility from WinZip®.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to extract all files to the desired location on your computer.
7. Navigate to where you extracted the shift pattern folder, open the Microsoft® Excel file and begin
customizing your shift pattern.
